After ten dynamic
years as president of the non-profit organization Vue sur les Docs, organizer
of the FIDMarseille, Michel Trégan has chosen to resign. Turning a
responsibility into a labor of love, Trégan took his task to heart all
throughout these ten years, elaborating and developing this local event in Marseille that now garners international acclaim.
The FID’s entire
staff joins together to express its gratitude.
He is succeeded by Aurélie Filippetti, a
writer, the author of books such as Les
Derniers Jours de la Classe Ouvrière (Livre de poche), and an eminent
political figure as well, whowas elected as the new president by the board of directors. The torch was passed
during the closing ceremony of the 16th edition of the Festival, and was marked by
an understandably emotional climate.
The nomination of a new president was
accompanied by the following changes : Vice-President:
Alain Leloup Treasurer:
Henri Dumolié Secretary:
Solange Poulet
Executive board members : François Clauss, Paul Saadoun.
Board of Directors : Laurent Carenzo,
Richard Copans, Dominique Gibrail, Florence Lloret, Emmanuel Porcher, Michel
Trégan, Dominique Wallon.
The FID staff is also pleased to welcome
Noémie Behr, previously Doctor in Economics for the CERNA at the Ecole des Mines
de Paris, who succeeds Frédérique Westhoff as the Secretary General.
