Your accreditation request is effective. All informations marked with a * are compulsory. Your ID picture has to beformated in 150 dpi and is also compulsory. 
If you print your formular during the registration process, do not forget to validate your request afterwards.
A confirmation email will be sent to the address mentioned in the registration.
